 A little bit about me...

Hi, I’m Kelsey! I run K Sturges Fitness and have done since 2016. I’m very passionate about promoting a long lasting healthy lifestyle. I had a big lifestyle change prior to becoming a personal trainer, I lost 6 stone and developed a new found passion in exercise and healthy eating, so much so I decided to turn this passion into a career.

 

I’d say my specialities are helping others find enjoyment in exercise as well as helping them create long term and lasting positive  habits and changes with nutrition and exercise.

 

I’ve previously been a keen triathlete and completed two 70.3 Ironman races however a few injuries and becoming a new mum has meant I’ve had to change my training routine for the time being.

 

I offer 1-1 sessions & partnered sessions in my private gym that is fully equipped as well as an outdoors training area then my group classes are held at a local church hall.
